Kilos was born in 1998 in Porto, Portugal. From an early age, he developed a keen interest in lettering, though it was not until his teenage years that his curiosity for graffiti took hold. By 2015, his sketches made their way from paper to public walls.

The artist's practice is defined by a balance between technical precision and contemporary critique. His work explores predominantly political themes, such as the abuse of power and racism, interwoven with countercultural references, namely graffiti and hip-hop. It is within this realm that he establishes his voice, through a perspective shaped by satire and irreverence. Working in a realistic style, he challenges the boundaries between comic euphemism and the uncomfortable truths that lie beneath.

During the pandemic, his work began to gain wider visibility. He created pieces such as Comedian 02, a reinterpretation of Maurizio Cattelan's work, depicting Donald Trump blindfolded with duct-tape and a banana in his mouth; DesGraça, an unlikely fusion between the former Director-General of Health, Graça Freitas, and Princess Fiona from the film Shrek; and Smoke Kills, addressing the case of George Floyd in 2020.

In 2025, he co-founded Viga Studios, where he also served as resident artist. His work has been featured in 4 solo exhibitions and 9 group shows, alongside numerous murals, public events, and collaborations with major international brands.
